It predetermines the destination account for all sales to them and helps to identify customers when running reports and searches. Hence, Focus Advanced Publishing software will not delete a customer record with outstanding orders or transactions. If you must delete a customer record, you must first move the associated orders and transactions.<br \/><a name=\"sl05\"><\/a><\/p><h4>Move a customer\u2019s sales transactions<\/h4><ol><li>Go to\u00a0<strong><em>Maintenance &gt; Data Utilities<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Tick and expand the number 4 box beside\u00a0<strong><em>Move Sales Transactions from branch Office to head office<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Then enter the customer code you wish to move from in the\u00a0<strong><em>Branch Account Code<\/em><\/strong>box, and the code you wish to move to in
