Sorry, there are affected titles that are still in use by the Royalty Module. Can not proceed.
This is caused by unexpected interruption of the royalty run, either due to power disruption or loss of network.
During a royalty run the “Stock_Rec.RoyaltyInUse” field is SET to 1 for all stock.
When the royalty run is unexpected interrupted, the “Stock_Rec.RoyaltyInUse” field remains SET to 1, and will prevent subsequent run of royalty calculations.
HOW TO FIX
- Go to Advanced Data Manager
- SET the “Stock_Rec.RoyaltyInUse” field is SET to 0, for all stock.
